My favorite #thai resturant in vegas! The #garlicprawns are 100% a must order! The #crispyduck is also amazing. I’ve honestly never eaten anything I don’t like here. So so good!

Most Thai restaurants in the US focus on Chinese-influenced Thai street foods and curry dishes that are popular with Americans. Then there a few speciality Isaan and Lao places. Lotus of Siam has an extensive menu of Northern Thai dishes as well, and I first found out about it from my sommelier when I was working in the restaurant industry, because they also have a beautiful wine list of dry rieslings and gewürztraminers to pair with the food.

Finally I made it to the famous Lotus of Siam flamingo location!!!
The server recommended Galic Prawn. And It didn’t disappoint me!!  
Other dish was Khao Soi. It looks good but I was not fan of that taste...
The potion was not for 1 person. So it's better to go big group and order many dishes...
Can't wait to go back again!

Lotus of Siam is my favorite Thai restaurant ever!!! Everything was SO flavorful. My top fave dishes included the Pad Thai, Duck Kha Soi, & Garlic Prawns!!!

This is definitely the spot to come when you are hankering for a Thai food feast! The variety is amazing, especially the garlic, prawns and desserts!
