On a weekday in South Lake Tahoe, no other place was open past 8pm. Since we watched the sunset we were late for dinner and came across Lotus Pho. And it was so satisfying after a cold evening by the lake. They have plenty of pho options plus a lot of stir fried dishes too. Wr got their vegan & chicken pho and they were both absolutely satiating and delicious.
