LouEddie’s Pizza – Skyforest, California
Stopped by LouEddie’s during a day trip to enjoy their fire-roasted artisan pizzas, and it was absolutely worth it. The place has a cozy, cabin-like charm with inviting outdoor seating and a brewery downstairs that offers plenty of space to relax. The wait time was around 30–40 minutes, but once the pizzas arrived, it was clear why, it’s all freshly made. Each pizza had a distinctive flavor and the perfect crust-to-topping ratio. Definitely a must try.
