Signature restaurant, Mad & Vin, has earned its reputation as one of the top restaurants in Solvang.

We LOVE a hotel with a restaurant on site and after having a beautiful dinner during our stay I completely understand why it’s earned its excellent reputation. The restaurant specializes in delicious wine country-inspired cuisine and each dish is made with fresh, seasonal ingredients from California’s central coast. 

The food was delicious, ambience was great and we had top notch service!
