From a secret-ish dinner party setup amidst the 2020 pandemic in the Tribeca living room of Dr. Carlos Gasperi, which provided a curated fine dining experience cooked by top-notch chefs out of work at the time, to the cozy little counter seating only gem in Brooklyn, Maison Sun has come into a light of its own. Serving up a $125 eight course experience lasting over three hours, Helmed by Exec Chef Evan Pattee, who’s resume includes Two Michelin Star Jungsik, and One Michelin Tuome.

Small chocolate shop in SoHo.  The chocolate cake was very delicious with creamy mousse and crunchy bottom.  However, they gave the wrong slice.  Was supposed to get the chocolate raspberry but when I opened it, it was a different slice. My cousin had the same thing happen to her and was disappointed.  However, she enjoyed the other slice she got which was a dome shaped chocolate mousse with many textures and flavors.
