On a hot day this “Malibu Sunrise Tea” with brown sugar boba hit the spot! They have some interesting drinks. A few people ordered their “Mango and/or Strawberry Twist” which was a slushy with milk foam. It looked yummy…next time I will indulge myself and get one! 

*Only 1 person on staff but our drinks were ready pretty quickly 
*Friendly service, plenty of tables inside and outsider 
*Extensive menu
*Plenty of parking in the lot
