Malibu is a beach-themed Mexican restaurant. They have an excellent 3-course weekday lunch special for $16.50. I enjoyed the Spicy Cucumber, Shrimp Ceviche and Shrimp Enchiladas. The Chicken Quesadillas are also tasty.
