Came here with the family (I usually go to MP) for lunch and it did not disappoint! We ordered a bunch of dimsum, spare ribs and chicken feet. Everything was good and super fresh. Food comes fast thru the carts and service is good, they’re nice and attentive. Parking lot is small tho

Best to give this location a miss as it’s only okay. I did go on a random Monday for a late lunch, which might explain why, but the dim sum was just decent and nothing more. The xiao long bao was okay, a little doughy at the top, flavor passable. Stick to the SGV location for better quality as this Mama Lu’s took over an older Chinatown restaurant and it shows.

The XLB comes out hot and soupy. It’s not as good as Din Tai Fung but worth trying. Wouldn’t recommend the flavorless beef chow fun.
