Mamoun’s Falafel has been a staple in my diet since moving here for college in the early 2000s.  Back then a falafel sandwich was $2.  Now they’re a bit pricier, but glad to see their success with new outposts.  I had the Sullivan, which if filled with chicken kebob, hummus, and tabbouleh.  I add the pickles and olives always
