First time trying menudo taco and NOT gatekeeping! 

You NEED to hit up Manuel Burger on the corner of San Pedro & Manchester in LA!

This is the kind of spot where you bring your big-back friends and build your own chilaquiles:
Pick your salsa, your eggs, your meat — I went all in with divorciados (red and green salsa) + ribeye.
And yes, I do breakfast BIG… always with a side of menudo.
