visited because it was repeated to me that it was a must have in hawaii bc its different than mainland but ehh. if you have one near you, then id say skip it. but if you dont, def get it !

This place is known for their cheap handmade udon noodles and long lines. Pretty interesting place- you move along a line where you customize what you want based on your preference: i.e. size, meat, temp, any toppings you want. They make it in front of you so you get to watch them put it together. Overall, taste was good but not something I would particulary crave for.
