Came for the ice cream and it is very flavorful and concentrated. Gelato is carefully put on and stuffed fully into the cup with no empty spaces. Topped with pistachio nut. Number 5 is the strongest matcha and the higher the number correlates with how strong the matcha is. The pistachio was my favorite. Strong nutty flavor. Hojicha was also solid!
Would come back to try the cake next time. Happen to come here for Valentine's Day and they were doing raffles for $20 spent and luckily won flowers

we got the white champaca and no. 2 matcha gelato ($7.50), salted cheese matcha float, and salted cheese hojicha float ($9.50 each). my favorite was the white champaca gelato, it was creamy and had crispy bits like pinipig. the floats were also delicious, i’d recommend 70% sugar or less. there’s a line to order drinks and gelato and you can only sample the gelato after purchasing one (you pick the flavor after paying). there is a $1 fee to order online and seating is very limited

While this new spot has fun drinks like the pink guava matcha, my favorite must get is the gelato! They have the popular option of different matcha levels for the matcha lovers. After sampling a few, I’d say the highest level, No. 5, had a pretty good intensity while still being very creamy. I could see it pairing well with other flavors for more balance too. A unique option is their white champaca which has a floral flavor with some crunchy bits of cookie.
