Loved Maxwells Trading! Highlights were the Japanese sweet potato, whipped ricotta, and soup dumplings and basque butter cake. Pork was a bit too rare and fatty for my taste. Service was impeccable.

Oh man, this place is was probably by top 5 eats of my life. Everything from the apps, entrees, and desserts were phenomenal. Special shout out to the bread which is a mix between a garlic naan and scallion chinese pancake but with fluffiness. Highly recommend trying all the dips. Mushroom clay pot with an honorable mentions.
