Ok so sometimes it's food quality over service.... and that is exactly what you will  get at Mazatlan Mexican Restaurant in McMinnville Oregon. We were given chips and salsa almost immediately after being seated. A mild and spicy salsa option was give (but you can't tell them apart on sight) then 15 minutes wait before drinks or food orders were taken. Our food came out fairly quickly after that but took another 10 minutes to get tortillas to go with my Carne Asada
