Back to one of our fave lunch spots Medina Baja Kitchen on El Cajon Blvd for some Moroccan-Mexican fusion!  Chicken bowl - Moroccan spiced chicken over couscous, lettuce, beans, corn & chopped veggies with a yogurt sauce.  Shakshuka w/ house made lamb sausage (merguez). Garlic parm fries to share and of course, iced Moroccan mint ice tea!

Grabbed a bite to eat with a friend here and it was the perfect spot! The meal was light and healthy— colorful and delicious! I liked the atmosphere of the restaurant with oitsoor seating and gorgeous indoor lighting. It qas cozy and intimate, and I felt kike we could carry on our conversation wothout fighting crowds or loud music. Ill be back!
