A true DC mainstay! If you’re looking for a fantastic meal that can’t go wrong, you must try Medium Rare. Their restaurant feels family and all-inclusive while still giving an air of fancy for a date night. Their secret sauce is almost drinkable, the steak cooked just right, and the fries so crispy and salty. The bread and salad set you up for success and the drinks are standard. The star though is their dessert options. Try out their prix-fixe menu!
