Mel’s Diner’s theming was cute and nostalgic for when you want that classic neon and chrome style. The food was a standard “American diner” with hamburgers, hot dogs and milk shakes. We got the chili cheese fries which hit the spot. The Coke Freestyle machines were even themed to the 50s. If you’re from L.A., this doesn’t have the same menu as the original Mel’s locations so don’t expect that.
