Sat down at Mendocino Farms at the Americana at Brand — the place was clean, friendly, and the service was great. We got the Turkey Avo with salsa verde, which was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The guava lemonade was refreshing and not too sweet. Everything was solid, and we’ll definitely be back.

I love Mendocino Farms! One of my favorite places to go for a nice and tasty salad. They make salads fun 🤩 my go-to is usually the Modern Caesar with chicken (which is what my friend ordered) but this time I went with the Mama Chen’s Chicken Salad and it hit! The dressing and wontons were the perfect touch. Really cute spot located in the Galleria, highly recommend getting your veggie fix here.

I love the impossible taco salad because of the bold flavor of the vegan beef with the vegan chipotle ranch.  Plus despite dining there during dinner hours, the service was just as amazing as always!
My only complaint was the beverage fountain.  While the drinks were still delicious and their housemade with fresh ingredients, the residue in the containers didn’t look quite appetizing
