Especially when you want to eat clean during the week(to balance eating good on the weekends🤪) and save time in the kitchen. And sometimes you just don’t have the time to prep anything because you’re busy! Thankful having these meals prepped for this week 🍽️

I love getting meals from @mikeysmealz because after working all day then taking care of my son I find it hard to cook a nutritious meal.

Fresh, Healthy, Nutritious… AND Affordable! Mikey’s Mealz is delivering on all fronts, and I can say personally all of the meals I received were absolutely delicious! I love that their slogan is “Better food for a better life”, and want to share that ideal with those that might not have time to cook meals at home. Fully customizable meals can be found on their website, including any special dietary restrictions or preferences!
