We’re back at my favorite sushi place in North County. This roll (the Escondido) was so fresh and my new favorite! But I still have so many more rolls I wanna try 😋

Mikko Sushi has all your favorite rolls, nigiri, sashimi and more! We got a variety of tempura, no rice, and classic rolls! We also got to try their Salmon Skin Salad which was delicious!
