Hibachi is the way to go! This was more of a restaurant and not a place where you get the traditional hibachi cooking in front of you, but the food tasted delicious just as it would! The vegetables were cooked very well (im picky when it comes to vegetables), the salmon had the perfect crisp on the edges, the rice had JUST enough soy sauce (too much or too little has a big effect on taste!) and the the sushi was also perfect according to the birthday girl :P Highly recommend here for dinner!
