MIXT launched two new salads for a sweet and refreshing complement to the seasons. The elote salad features grilled chicken, avocado, jicama, and cotija. The peachy salad features crispy chicken, peaches, fresh grilled corn, and housemade cornbread crumbles and was our favorite! Which would you try?
