The AYCE Japanese Buffet is one of the newer ones in Greater Houston, with selections that are very similar to others. The fish is A-OK and decent sized, but the rest of the menu is subpar. There are many types of fried apps and soups/salads, sushi rolls and sashimi during dinner. The steak is cut into very tiny pieces and served with lots of grilled onions...not what I want. The tempura is not the right batter & fried too hard. The wasabi is from the tube only. Service was the most lacking.
