Looking for fusion? This buffet has sushi, individual pots for hotpot, & self serve hot food all in one place. Everything is self serve at the stations- including the raw meats, fishballs, & veggies for the hotpot. The best things we ate were the fried oysters, korean fried chicken, tiramisu, and sushi. They have wagyu, grass fed beef, & kimchi dumplings for hotpot which were pretty unique but tasted okay. Drinks are not included. Nice variety of foods.
