Mom's Bakery is a no frills Chinese bakery located on Valley Blvd. They have the usual goodies found at typical Chinese bakeries; various buns, spongecake, taro buns, etc. I got the mini spongecake, a green tea roll, and taro bun. All were good. The green tea roll stood out because the matcha flavor was pretty strong, and i like my matcha rich and bold like that!
Everything was sweetened just right.
Service was a bit slow, but it looked like they were prepping a large order.
