The ambiance, staff, sushi presentation was AMAZING. My first time coming to a place where you don’t pour the soy sauce, you use a droplet to control the amount of soy sauce you want onto your sushi. Thought this was cool and innovative.

Moment Sushi is one of my favorite sushi spots. It's modern and trendy but it still has a casual feel. They have a $50 and $100 omakase. I finally got to try the $50 option and it did not disappoint! It comes with two starter plates, 4 piece chef's choice sushi, 1 chef's choice hand roll and dessert! I will come back again and again.

There's an amazing menu of Japanese Korean fusion dishes at Moment Sushi.  They use quality ingredients, plate the dishes so nicely, and excellent service.

Moment Sushi is a newer sushi spot in Mira Mesa where delicious and fresh fish can be found! Choose from a variety of nigiri, or pick one of their omakase tiers! They made my birthday very special and all of their food was amazing!

This was a MOMENT to remember. Sorry I had to, but really though, I had the BEST sushi of my life! Wow! Words can’t even fully explain how amazing my omakase experience was here!

Every single bite was full of flavor and melt in your mouth heaven. My personal favorite was definitely the toro uni truffle hand roll - do you see how much uni was packed on there 🤩.
