Looking for a delicious new Mexican restaurant downtown? Look no further than Monarca on State Street. Everything we tried, from the guacamole, to the giant piece of flan for dessert, and everything in between, including the mole and birria tacos were absolutely outstanding. The atmosphere is hip and the music is thumping.
