Monarca Pasta & Grill is located in 2703 S Vermont Ave. LA. It is a no frills hole in the wall restaurant the serves pasta and a mix of bbq and Mexican dishes. Two things here, big servings and delicious food. If you’re craving for good pasta but on a tight budget and don’t mind ambiance, this place is perfect for you!
