Do you love ramen? I’ve been searching for the best vegetarian ramen in Chicago for a few years and I think we finally found it.  @monsterramenchicago Miso Yasai Ramen was rich and complex in a way you don’t usually find with a vegetarian broth. The waitress recommended the Wakame Salad as a yummy vegetarian appetizer telling us it was her favorite dish on the menu. I was skeptical but omg I could literally eat it every day. 
Protip..they don’t take reservations so go when it opens
