This perfect duo is what you need to order
when you dine in at Moo Bong Ri in Irvine, CA

I came for their intestines combo, but fell in love with their bossam

What we ate
• Bossam | Hinoki Steamed Pork Belly 
This steamed for over 10 minutes. I forgot exactly how long, but I would cut the time in half. Especially if you don't want your vegetables to be soft. I still enjoyed it. 

• Intestines Combo | comes with 3 different innards: Gopchang, Daechang, and Abomasum
