In 2012, Fernando Trocca created his first Mostrador on the beaches on Jose Ignacio, Uruguay. 



According to Fernando, the concept has always been simple: "we aspire for our customers to feel as if they were among friends, to eat well, to have fun, and come back again."  



Our "counter," or menu, is made from peak seasonal produce and changes daily.  Grab a plate and come join us!

On the pricier side but it’s probably to account for all the people sitting. Good amount of seating and does get full quickly. Lots of outlets. Right next to a blue bottle coffee. It seems like a shared space
