We loved everything we ordered at Mother Wolf! The pasta was really good! My son ate most and also had most of the ribeye. We got free desert for celebrating my hubby and son’s birthday. We also ordered a pumpkin budini and it was very tasty! The ambience was nice and Italian-like.

Chef Evan Funke has brought his pasta making passion from L.A. to Las Vegas, and  I’m SO happy he did! Mother Wolf,located inside Fontainebleau hotel, is THE most authentic Italian restaurant in town,specializing in typical, Roman cuisine, namely pasta dishes.Everything we had,including the Rigatoni alla Carbonara,Tonnarelli Cacio e Pepe and Polpette di Coda(Short Rib Meatballs-not made the typical Italian way,but were INCREDIBLE),was TO DIE for.Pricey, but worth the money,and the calories!
