Discovered this gem and LOVED their smoked tofu.
Their smoked chicken is also amazing.
I would definitely recommend having them cut it for you. The staff member who helped us was incredibly helpful and patient when we had trouble deciding What to get.
Their pig ear was okay, but after helping us cut it, the pieces were still quite big and I prefer them thinner.
I do hope to try their smoked quail egg next time!
