My Thai and vegan is located off MacArthur road in Irving/Las Colinas. I had the spring rolls with tofu and #PadThai as my main which was delicious. In the past I’ve also had their crispy vegetarian #springrolls & pad sew ew. Everything has always been good and the servers are super attentive! They offer curries, fish, fried rice, drunken noodles & more! I remember when it was a different restaurant but seems like My Thai is sticking around for a while so that’s good. #thaifood #vegan #irving
