Neko Cafe is a cute little spot next to Pho Star! The tiramisu milk tea hit the spot—perfectly sweet with creamy foam. Jasmine tea was delicious too. Just a heads-up: no outlets if you’re planning to get work done.

A summer without boba milk tea is a sad summer indeed! This place is super cute with all the kitty decor, and their cheese foam is one of a kind. The jasmine cheese foam had a perfect level of sweetness! (I usually have to order less sweet for my tastebuds.) The tiramisu milk tea was also delicious and surprisingly not overly sweet either. Highly recommend!! #SummerStarterPack
