The Neptune Festival is an amazing event that is held in Virginia Beach. There is plenty of food trucks and different exhibits, but my favorite thing is the Sand Sculpting Championship. It’s $7 and you vote on your favorite two sculptures. I also love the sand volleyball competition. Great activities for the family.
