Visit Ney Restaurant & Café in La Mesa for delicious, belly-warming, richly spiced comfort food with fabulously friendly service. The portions are humongous, but everything was so delicious, I did not regret ordering too much! They also had Iraqi dishes I don't normally see on menus, such as the lamb dulaimiya.

They have such a good happy hour menu. Great deal! Love the lamb quzi, hummus with shawarma, and the tabbouleh. Don’t forget about the complimentary Turkish tea!
