I've had the Bun Bo Hue and the Bun Cha Gio. Bun Bo Hue was really good, very aromatic and light broth. I wish it was spicier or maybe a bit more flavorful but still enjoyed. Overall both dishes were tasty, a good portion size, and came out very quickly.
