Always a long wait on the weekends but loved the casual breakfast spot that has been around for almost 50 years.  Take a walk afterwards at the LA historic park across the street.

The place has a great vibe with indoor seating in at the bar or outdoor seating. Service was okay. They are quite busy so the waitress seemed stressed out. The food was good for diner food.

Solid option for typical diner food. The menu consists of the usual breakfast specials and although they are known for their ham plate, I opted for the sandwich with deli ham this time. Nothing incredible about the food and what you would get anywhere else but it does its job.
