Nineteen Hyaku is one of the top sushi spots in San Antonio. The night we went it was a special restaurant buy out where they bought a whole 300 pound tuna, cut it up live and were serving ten courses from the fresh tuna. It was an amazing experience and we will definitely be looking for the next Tuna event.
