The food was really good and the ‘g-sauce’ is a gochujang (Korean chili paste) based sauce that had a spicy kick to it to pair perfectly with the fried rice. This place also has a built in brewery and a pop-up coffee shop inside so anyone can get a good drink with their meal. It was super expensive though, and paying $25 for fried rice alone just seems a little extreme. But the outdoor seating was nice and just across the street you can walk through the farmer’s market if you go when it’s open.

Noble Bird is such a cozy, comfortable restaurant with a great vibe! I tried the Harvest Bowl with a quarter chicken — absolutely delicious and fresh. The organic ingredients really stood out, and the meal was flavorful and satisfying. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a wholesome, tasty meal! 🍗🥗✨
