Sometimes Noda is perfect, especially for dining in - it can be a cozy little nook with good food. Other times... you order your favorite roll to-go, the dynamite roll, and it's topped with frozen peas and depressingly overcooked, tough, tiny scallops and shrimp, and super dry, no mayo at all. I hadn't experienced that until now, though I can see that other reviewers have complained of the same problem. I've never had such overcooked food from a restaurant. Maybe it depends on who is making them
