You know that place you always walk by, but have never gone inside? Well this time, I went in! 

This was a very pristine and studious experience. Featured in the video, in order, are Gruyère popovers, asparagus wedge salad, and the Chilean sea bass with green curry and fingerling potatoes. The sea bass was the star of the show, seared with mussels to perfection. 

I will be back to continue my studies!
