I love that you can watch the hand pulled noodles being expertly made!! It adds to the ambience and so fun! This is a popular noodle spot for a reason! You can choose your type of noodle: standard round, small flat, triangle or knife cut. The standard round is similar to spaghetti noodles and has a nice chewy texture. That’s my go-to! 

The Signature Beef and Spicy Beef Noodle Soup are favorites!!

Had a business dinner for 3…great food and great prices too I felt. My only issue (not really an issue) was we couldn’t wait for all the food to come out for the video as it kept coming out in stages - definitely worth a visit - great service too!

Hand-pulled noodles, so fresh! They have noodle soups, stiry fry, green onion pancake. Ultimate comfort food, I love the endless cilantro and chili oil when you dine in.

What I love about @noodlestusa is being able to watch the freshly made noodles right in front of you! It adds to the ambiance and makes it so fun! 
The Spicy Beef Noodle Soup was seasoned well and not too spicy. LOTS of flavor!! The beef shanks were sooooo tender. 

The Beef Roll Pancakes were very filling. I like the crispy pancake.

The Juicy Pork Buns were a real treat! So delicious…you can’t eat just one lol so make sure to order extra!

The spicy beef noodle soup is good here.  The kids also enjoy watching them make the noodles that you can see through a glass window.

We ordered the dan dan noodles with knife cut noodles, chili wonton, and a create your own stir-fry with small flat noodles, shrimp, tomato, tofu, shitake and black wood ear 🍄. 
We really liked the sauce for the chili wonton. The small flat noodles had a good chew in this dish.  
The dan dan noodles was served as a soup, as mentioned by our server when we ordered, but it we were still a bit surprised when it came.
