The food comes quick and always tastes fresh. You have a choice of noodles or rice noodles with your preferred soup. They have a lot of selections to choose from, and I always get the #1 Guizhou Huaxi Beef Noodle Soup. Huaxi is a district within the Chinese province of Guizhou. The soup has a numbing flavor which inherit the flavors that originate from the province itself. Super delicious, would highly recommend.

Perfect Taiwanese comfort food! I enjoyed EVERYTHING I ordered from here!
The fresh milk tea was so refreshing! I recommend getting an extra cup of ice since they make it fresh so it's warm still. The service was very efficient and I saw that you can even order ahead and have it ready for you as soon as you come in to sit and eat.
The dishes were very flavorful without being over powering. The spicy beef had a light numbing effect and the cilantro and peanuts were a great addition

This spot in Irvine is serving up a variety of noodles from different regions in China!

We tried:

Steamed egg w/ minced pork (so custardy!!)

Chengdu Braised Beef Rice Noodles 

Minced Pork Egg Noodles 

Both noodle dishes were so flavorful with just a little kick of spice.   Wonderful chewy texture for both types of noodles.  Definitely want to try more!
