Nook Coffee Bar was founded in 2018 by three friends – Edward Kim, Chris Lee, and David Choi. Their shared passion for high-quality coffee and creating a welcoming space for the community drove them to open this specialty coffee shop. I’m always a fan of Nook Coffee Bar, so I stopped by while I was in the area craving their coffee. Even right when they opened, there was already a line, which says a lot. The space is minimalist with a few tables to sit and enjoy your drink. I got my usual Spanish latte it was strong and flavorful. I’d come back again if I’m nearby.
