Northlight Theatre is a professional, non-profit theatre company currently located in Skokie, Illinois at the North Shore Center for the Performing Arts. Northlight produces five mainstage productions each year, delivering a mix of enjoyable, intelligent, and inspiring work with powerful, fresh perspectives. It is one of the largest and longest-running nonprofit theatres in the Chicago area.

In addition to the mainstage season, programming includes development of new works, audience outreach and community engagement programs, and a comprehensive arts education program for underserved middle and high school students.

Love that local theatres are able to bring new Play Write’s works! The Heart Sellers was a phenomenal
2 woman play about friendship & story telling. Def go see! Not a bad seat in the house!

Chicago is known for many performing arts and theaters 🎭,but that also extends to the outlying suburbs. Northlight theatre is a super intimate theater in the north shore performing arts center. In Skokie. You can see and hear the plays from any seat . There is a bar outside for drinks #thespian #plays #chicagoland #arts
