We have fuzed the world of flavors and have brought a more affordable & healthy alternative to fast food. Established in 2012.
Upon graduating college in '09, Niall Martin decided to pursue something that his finance degree did not prepare him for. That something was crepes. Inspired while traveling abroad, the idea of creating healthier and more affordable options was priority one. All natural and locally sourced food was the second priority. Serving out of a farmers market for two summers, Nu Crepes was nurtured within a community so it was instilled in its roots that supporting local business is the best way to go. Offering something NU, healthy, and tasty has always been the mission. Now, Nu Crepes is family owned and operated, feeding the masses and gaining one NU friend a day.
