Gave this new Vietnamese Seafood restaurant in San Gabriel a try. The decor of the place is very nice and they were pretty packed on a weekday night at 6:30pm. They currently have a CNY promotion of 20% discount. The food was decent. I don’t think they measure up to OC one. The service was exceptional.

Ốc A Chảy in SGV is a great Vietnamese seafood spot. I got the razor clams and they were amazing—fresh and full of flavor.

4/15/26 What a great find! Hubby opted for the seafood (just shrimp really, they were out of the other seafood) pot while I chose bun bo tho da-hot stone pot with out of my comfort zone items like cubed pork blood—  eek! It was surprisingly delectable. Loved that it stayed piping hot for some time. 
Server Liam was attentive & made excellent recommendations

Delicious authentic Vietnamese dishes! Incredible menu options with seafood, noodles, soups, and appetizers. Got a mix of items to try and the standout was the clams.
