Off the Hook is an excellent poke spot and easily one of my favorites. The sushi rice is a must—it takes the bowls to another level. I got the Japan Deluxe and the spicy tuna, and both were fresh, flavorful, and well-balanced. Generous portions and quality ingredients make this place a standout.
